CMSA Welcomes Kathryn Marwitz, the 2017-2019 Judy and Dave Hale Foundation Medication Safety Fellow

CMSA is pleased to announce that Kathryn Marwitz will serve as the 2017-2019 Judy and Dave Hale Foundation Medication Safety Fellow. Kathryn completed her PharmD training at Drake University and received her Masters of Public Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She will spend the next two years transitioning between the Pharmacovigilance and Global Patient Safety Department at Eli Lilly and Company, Purdue University College of Pharmacy's Center for Medication Safety Advancement (CMSA), and the Office of Surveillance and Epidemiology at the FDA.

CMSA would like to thank Judy and Dave Hale for their generous support of this fellowship in their own effort to make safe medication use common practice.
